The shop is at 6 Payne Road on Block Island. If you are on the mainland, everything below explains how an order reaches you — and how to get shop news by text if you want it.
If you are coming over
Everyone arrives by boat, so the crossing is the part worth planning. Check the day’s schedule before you set out, and give yourself room at the far end: in the off-season the gap between one crossing and the next can be most of a day.
From the landing it is a short walk up to 6 Payne Road. We are open Mon-Sat, 9am-4pm ET and closed Sundays. Out of season we sometimes shut once the last boat has gone, so if you are travelling specially, call +1 (401) 466-2974 and we will make sure someone is there.
Buying over the counter saves you both the postage and the wait, and we can answer questions on the spot.
Finding the shop
6 Payne Road, Block Island, RI 02807. A short walk up from the harbour. Open Mon-Sat, 9am-4pm ET; in the quiet months we sometimes close early when the last boat has gone, so call ahead if you are travelling.
Ordering from the mainland
Place an order on the site and it is packed at the counter, then dispatched on the next scheduled ferry. Order before 11am ET on a shop day and it usually makes that day’s crossing. Your confirmation and tracking link arrive by email. Rough weather can hold a boat — if that happens we email you rather than leave you guessing.
Returns and questions
Returns stay open for 180 days from delivery, opened bottles included. Email team@healthpeaceprosperity.com or call +1 (401) 466-2974 and a person in the shop will sort it out — usually the same day, and always within one working day.

Which days do parcels actually leave?
Any day we are open and a boat is running, which in the season is every one of them. In the off-season crossings are fewer, so a parcel packed on a quiet Tuesday may sail on the Wednesday. The confirmation email tells you the day we expect it to go.
What happens if the weather cancels the boat?
Your parcel waits in the shop, safe and dry, and goes on the next crossing. We email you the same day it happens. We do not quietly let the tracking page sit at “label created” and hope you do not notice.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship within the United States only, and our text list is US mobile numbers only as well.
Can I collect an order in person?
Yes, and it is our favourite kind of order. Place it, then reply to the confirmation email to say you will collect, and we will hold it at the counter rather than send it down to the dock.
How do I start a return?
Email team@healthpeaceprosperity.com with your order number within 180 days of delivery. We will reply with the return address and, once the parcel reaches us, refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Opened bottles are fine.
How quickly will someone reply?
During Mon-Sat, 9am-4pm ET we answer email the same day, usually within a couple of hours. Anything that arrives overnight, on a Sunday or on a holiday gets picked up first thing the next time we open the shop.
Will joining the text list get me order updates?
No, and that is deliberate. The text list carries marketing only — shop news, seasonal offers and restock notes. Everything to do with an order, including confirmations and tracking, travels by email whether you are on the list or not.
Do I have to join the list to buy something?
No. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase, and ordering never adds you to the list. If you do join and change your mind, reply STOP or use the stop page.
