These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website healthpeaceprosperity.com and all products offered by BLOCK ISLAND HEALTH SERVICES, INC. (EIN 22-2570482), operating under the brand name BLOCK ISLAND HEALTH SERVICES, INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

What we are, and what we are not

BLOCK ISLAND HEALTH SERVICES, INC. operates a retail wellness shop at 6 Payne Road, Block Island, RI 02807. We sell packaged dietary supplements at retail. We are not a clinic, a pharmacy or a provider of medical care, and nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. The words “Health Services” in our registered company name describe nothing more than the retail category we trade in; no medical, diagnostic, nursing or therapeutic service is offered by us under that name or any other.

GlycoWell is a dietary supplement for adults aged 18 or over; it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and individual experiences vary. Do not use it if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, and speak with a qualified professional before starting any supplement.

Orders, prices and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and cover the bottles listed in each option. An order placed on this website is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send the confirmation email. If something is out of stock, mispriced through an obvious error, or cannot be shipped to the address given, we may decline the order and will refund any amount taken in full. Sales tax is applied where it is due and is calculated at dispatch. We sell at retail, to consumers, for personal use; we do not supply for resale.

Shipping from an island

Orders are packed by hand in the shop and dispatched on the next scheduled ferry to the mainland, where the carrier collects them. An order placed before 11am ET on a day we are open usually makes that day’s crossing; later orders go on the next one. Carrier transit from the mainland is typically two to five business days depending on the destination, and in the off-season, when crossings are less frequent, it can take a day or two longer.

These are honest estimates, not guarantees. Weather cancels boats, and when a sailing is cancelled your parcel waits in the shop and travels on the next one; we email you the same day it happens. We ship within the United States only. Confirmations and tracking links are sent by email; we do not send order, delivery or account notices by text message.

Returns and refunds

You have 180 days from the delivery date to return a purchase, opened bottles included. Start a return by emailing team@healthpeaceprosperity.com with your order number; we reply with the return address. Once the parcel reaches us we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If an order arrives damaged, or with a broken tamper seal, do not use the product — tell us and we will replace it on the next boat at no charge. Return postage is on us where the fault is ours.

Marketing text messages and the TCPA

The text message program operated by BLOCK ISLAND HEALTH SERVICES, INC is marketing only. You join by entering your own US mobile number on this website and ticking the consent box, which is express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive recurring automated marketing texts. You must be 18 or older and the number must be your own. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and buying from us never adds you to the list. Usually 1 to 3 messages per month; frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. To initiate a return, contact us at team@healthpeaceprosperity.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
